Dr. Lager completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology in Atlanta at Emory University. After earning her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, Dr. Lager moved to Washington, D.C. She has been practicing in the area since 1997.

Dr. Lager is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Clinical Psychologist. She is a member of the Virginia Psychological Association and the Northern Virginia Society of Clinical Psychologists. She is committed to providing the highest standard of care, and is an ongoing participant in continuing education programs.
